Bacchetta Easy Purchase Options (EPO) Program
To better service our customers as we continue to grow, Bacchetta Bicycles, LLC is pleased to announce our new Easy Purchase Options (or EPO) program. With the EPO program, there is no more settling for one of the other brands just because there was not a Bacchetta dealer in your area. With our new EPO program, riding a Bacchetta is as easy as 1,2,3!
EPO 1:
By far your best option, visit your local BACCHETTA dealer and test ride a Bacchetta, set up by one of our selected dealers. Our dealers will help you choose the bike that is right for you and get your bike set up properly. All with the excellent customer service that Bacchetta dealers are known for! EPO 2:
This option is for those of you who are not close to a Bacchetta dealer and do not have a local shop to work with. With this option, you can work directly with Bacchetta to get the bike you want! We’ll walk you through our Qualification questionnaire; discuss your riding style, sizing, etc. We’ll then ship out your pre-built, pre-tested Bacchetta that will be ready to ride out of the box, with just a few small adjustments. EPO 3:
If you don’t have a Bacchetta dealer near you, but have a local shop that you want to work with, just fill out this form, send us an email at EPO@bacchettabikes.com or give us a call, toll free at 866-364-9677. We’ll discuss your options and help you choose the bike that’s right for you and then we’ll contact your shop and work with them to make sure your bike is perfect!
IMPORTANT
To make the ordering process go as smoothly as possible we recommend reading through the ordering information page completely before calling Bacchetta. Bikes purchased under EPO’s 1 and 2 are assembled at your selected bike shop while bikes purchased under EPO 3 are fully assembled, test ridden and shipped directly from Bacchetta in St. Petersburg, FL. Allow a minimum of 5 shipping days for all bike orders purchased under EPO 3. Bacchetta is not a direct sale discounter; all bikes sold under EPO 3 will be at full retail and we will not under-sale our dealers. All sales under EPO3 are subject to review based on our Qualification questionnaire.
REGARDING BACCHETTA DEALERS
Bacchetta dealers are the life-blood of our distribution network, without them we would simply not be in business today. For this reason, we recommend that you work with and purchase from a qualified Bacchetta dealer whenever possible.
EPO 2 Guarantee*
We understand that you might be reluctant to make a substantial purchase without a test ride, so we offer you this guarantee. Purchase any BACCHETTA recumbent and test-ride it for four weeks. If, after four weeks, you decide the bike is not for you, for any reason, we'll have the bike picked up and we’ll refund all of your money, less a 20% restocking fee. This refund includes shipping charges both ways! Needless to say, we're very confident that you'll love your new BACCHETTA!
*This guarantee only applies to US residents in the contiguous 48 states. Due to Federal regulations our shipper cannot pick up from a residential address, so any returned bike must be taken to a business address for pick up.
